Risqué Soirée Community Rules and Regulations

At Risqué Soirée, our priority is to create a welcoming, respectful, safe, and inclusive space for all members to explore and enjoy our unique lifestyle events. By attending our gatherings, every guest agrees to uphold the following guidelines:

1. Mandatory Event Orientation - All Risqué Soirée members must complete the Sex-Positive Events Essentials course prior to attending select events or accessing VIP areas. This ensures our community stays informed, respectful, and aligned in expectations and conduct.

2. Respect & Safety - Every individual within the Risqué Soirée community is treated with utmost respect and dignity. Harassment, stalking, unsolicited advances, or touching anyone without clear consent is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate temporary or permanent suspension of your membership. Should you experience or witness such behaviors, please promptly notify a Risqué Guardian.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality - Risqué Soirée maintains strict confidentiality of all guest information. We do not sell or distribute your personal details to third parties. Accessing member profiles or information requires Gold Membership status. Sharing any member’s profile or details with non-members will result in immediate expulsion from our community.

4. Arrival & Departure - We encourage couples to arrive and depart together from all events. This ensures safety and clear communication between partners, honoring the agreements within your personal relationships.

5. Consent is Paramount - Explicit consent is mandatory. "No" means no unequivocally. Always seek clear consent before engaging in touching, hugging, kissing, or any intimate activity. Any violation of consent will result in immediate removal by our Guardians.

6. Universal Consent Protocol - Consent protocols apply universally—regardless of gender identity or expression. Please ask clearly and wait for affirmative consent before initiating any physical contact.

7. Venue Respect & Responsibility - We request that all guests maintain cleanliness and respect within all venues. If accidents or spills occur, please clean up promptly or notify staff immediately. Any intentional damage will result in fines, removal from the event, and possible termination of your membership.

8. Courteous Conduct - Rude, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior toward guests or staff members will not be tolerated. Risqué Soirée events are built upon mutual respect, integrity, and genuine consideration.

9. Responsible Consumption of Alcohol - Over-intoxication compromises your safety and comfort of fellow guests and will not be tolerated. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited unless the event explicitly states BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage). Violation of this policy will lead to your immediate removal, and potential legal repercussions.

10. Mindful Behavior - Please moderate your voice level and maintain honorable behavior within the event spaces, hotels, and surrounding communities. We value positive community relationships and aim to leave a favorable impression wherever we gather.

11. Personal Accountability - Personal issues such as relationship boundaries, jealousy, intoxication levels, individual expectations, or personal health matters are your responsibility. Please refrain from attributing personal difficulties to Risqué Soirée staff or organizers.

12. Zero-Tolerance Policy - Risqué Soirée strictly prohibits drugs, prostitution, illegal activities, and violence at any event. Immediate expulsion and possible legal action will result from violations.

13. No Photography or Recording Devices - To protect privacy and ensure discretion, the use of cameras, cell phones, or any recording devices in private event areas is strictly prohibited, except by authorized Risqué personnel.

14. Intoxication and Safety - Any guest showing signs of excessive intoxication will not be permitted event entry or will be asked to leave immediately. Your safety matters—please drink responsibly. Ride-share services like Uber or Lyft are strongly encouraged.

15. Risqué Guardians - Our community’s safety is entrusted to dedicated volunteers known as Risqué Guardians. Easily identifiable by their black shirts marked with white wings, Guardians are your go-to resource for assistance or reporting concerns, including breaches of consent, aggressive behavior, disrespectful actions, or any comfort issues. Guardians are committed to providing you a secure, safe, and enjoyable environment.

16. Appropriate Attire & Nudity Guidelines - Nudity and sexual activity are permitted only in clearly designated play areas. Public areas of clubs, hotels, or venues must remain compliant with local regulations and venue rules. Please honor this distinction at all times.
